We have an install that was done on a domestic site that they would like additional users to be able to see the information about the site, is there a way to set this up? is that what the delegate does?
With a different manufacturer we can set up 'guest' accounts that allows other users to view a site.
Audrey EEL you can create an access token which gives various levels of visibilty/control through the API - each call documents which scope it requires.

Thank you for your reply, I'm a bit out of my depth (I'm fairly new to Givenergy) when you say to create an access token, how do I do that?
Audrey EEL On the dashboard, go to account settings
https://givenergy.cloud/account-settings
and then in the top right there's a box to manage account security and then manage api tokens.
Create a token, and select what API operation(s) that token permits.
(It's entirely possible that delegate accounts are what you want - never tried those. I guess those give you access to different parts of the portal, and so certainly easier to use than the API.)
