Batteries not discharging to meet home demand

I haven't noticed, what with it being summer and having plenty of sunlight during the day, but my batteries haven't been discharging at all to meet home demand since the 29th of June. I haven't made any changes to the configuration since last year when I thought I had everything set up "perfectly"

The batteries have stayed at 100% the whole time. Any extra my house needs is being taken from the grid. I have tried power cycling the entire system, that didn't change anything. I have tried turning Eco mode Off and On again, nothing. I have tried resetting everything to default through the portal, again nothing.

The only event in the logs (this year) appears to be Electricity Meter Com Fail from yesterday around 0320AM.

I am going to contact my installer tomorrow and failing that contact Giv, but I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same issue of batteries suddenly and without any config changes just stop discharging?

Just a suggestion. Go to the Portal, inverter, then above the tabs, tap the little cog symbol. Reread each of the registers boxes by tapping the little circular arrows, and see if any of the settings change. Sometimes the registers can get corrupted and you need to see what they're set at. Switch off charge and discharge sliders but make sure eco is on. Then restart the inverter and wait a few minutes to let it sort itself out.
If no change, try switching off the battery using the little black button, wait a couple of minutes then switch the battery back on. See if it fires back to life.
Third option is call GivEnergy support and ask them to look at your system remotely.

Hiya, I've refreshed all the registers and it didn't appear to change anything, I'm just resetting it now though either way. When I did a full power cycle of the system I turned the batteries off and then on again and that was yesterday.

It seems strange that your batteries are still reading 100%. Usually even if they're not used I would have expected them to have at least lost a small percentage.
What system do you have? Inverter, battery sizes etc?

Yeah, that's what I thought. I've posted some screenshot below if that's any help. I'm totally at a loss.

Yes... Stick permanently ac-charging? Or reserve set to 100% ?

If you get an electricity meter comm fail then that means that the inverter can't read what electricity is coming in or out of the house and so it can't discharge the battery to meet home demand.

But doesn't explain why you got that error yesterday and the inverter's not been behaving since end of June. Sounds like the inverter has got "stuck". Usually a reset to defaults in the portal cures most such problems, but if its not working then yes call Givenergy support

My battery is behaving oddly wouldn’t discharge on demand yesterday and was taking only minute amounts of power to charge itself despite a load exporting being available, then overnight it’s stopped discharging and charged itself, with nothing ticked to charge it (not in summer)Inwas going to discharge and calibrate but if it hasn’t worked for you ?

I guess the only good thing is that if this is happening to numerous people it suggests a wider software bug rather than issues with our individual systems.

I’ve tried discharging to the grid and charging again, reset the whole system, switching off everything including batteries. Resetting the inverter both through the web portal and using the breaker switches.
One of my batteries refused to discharge at all when I dumped to the grid, the other 2 discharged as normal. But as soon as the home’s demand is higher than solar generation it’s taking from the grid.
