duncanstrachan11 it should stay on, click the reboot button in the portal in the inverter screen

It will say failed, that’s because it already started rebooting and doesn’t receive a response. Give it a minute and it should come back.

I had to do a force restart as the inverter had stop responding when I tried to restartt using the portal. I just turned the power to the inverter off/on - I hope this is the answer you seek!
