Good day,

I recently had my system commissioned and require guidance on optimizing my electricity settings. I have a lower electricity rate at night, which I would like to utilize for battery charging. During the day, I intend to use the stored battery power and solar energy. Could anyone kindly provide me with the necessary steps to achieve this?

Thank you for your assistance.

Dav The default 'eco' mode should cover your daytime requirements. To charge overnight, you want to configure a timed charge. On the app, select the gears icon in top-right, choose timed charge, enable it, and set start/end times and the level to which you want to charge.

(There may be a slight complication with setting the upper limit, but try that first, and get back if it doesn't charge to the expected level )

I also had a system installed a couple of months ago. As the Weather went bad and the battery was set to discharge to 4% I decided a small experiment to set the battery to store at the off peak rate to 40% at the end of the Off peak rate which was 1.30am to 8.30am. It worked. Weather improved so I switched it off. Or so I thought,
When I checked it was still charging the next day. Even though switched off at the Portal.
I then reset to default and it worked. But the times I'd set for charging still showed.
