Dongle not connecting

We have got a new WiFi and since the dongle is not connecting. How can I connect to the WiFi?

Change the name and password of your new router SSID to those of the old one.
That way all your other devices will connect automatically

This seems a common problem - one solution (that I use) is to put together a mesh network, so regardless of the internet provider/router the network stays the same

Thanks for your answer. I am not really good in these things. Shall I ask you also which GHz does the dongle can connect? Does it connect to 5GHz. Before our 5G was separated,and we had 2.4 and 5Ghz,too.

Szisza My understanding is that the dongles connect on the 2.4GHz signal
