The time on my GE app data always shows one hour ahead of BST. Why? Have had pv and battery installation since May 24th.

Thanks for your reply. My account settings don't list Time, so I have no idea whether this is something you can change or whether it makes any difference to the running of the system.

Bowdler1 You should find this via the web browser, not via the app. As posted by wrighar this is the field after postcode.

I can't thank you enough! You have inadvertently solved my major problem along with the time discrepancy
solution.
From the day that my system moved to Intelligent Octopus Flux, the battery barely functioned. I questioned the time difference but was told that "the time is set by GivEnergy's mainframe system.. '
So the last 12 weeks have been spent with GivEnergy pointing at Octopus' api as the culprit and Octopus 'understanding my frustration' in innumerable emails and phone calls. But doing nothing! Escalating the query, raising a complaint, being passed to Smart Products Escalation Team 😏... to date reults in a deafening silence.
So forget the experts, back to square one I thought, first check that irritating time discrepancy. And there you Community heroes were with the answer!
Doesn't do much for GivEnergy and Octopus' reputation tho does it.
