You should find their knowledgebase there. Various manuals etc.

Suppliers are supposed to provide the manuals/instructions as part of a handover.

But yeah, I agree, should be a link from the portal to the KB site.

TX200 Yes, all I got was a single sheet of installation information on how to switch off and on. I got my SEG information just in time from the supplier before they went belly up. I was lucky. Others had paid the 50% deposit and would need to claim back.

I had to threaten to sell the scaffold unless they removed it. That was writing on the wall.
