I'm having problems using the stored energy in my battery. I have eco switched on, but my battery is permanently charged to 100%, if my solar production is not enough, the system is importing from the grid and not using my batteries.
Any suggestions please.
What kit have you got.
Suggest inverter restart from the portal.
Do the portal logs show it is in Eco mode.
A restart tends to clear these things. If you get an error is your inverter connected OK to the internet. Sometimes poor comms causes issues
Nigsyb does the app/portal correctly show consumption? If not, might be a problem with the CT clamp or meter connection.
I had this problem and it turned out the battery had been paused somehow. the only way to stop it is from the web dashboard: "my inverter"- "remote control" then scroll down to battery and check if it's paused.
