I had a situation earlier today where no solar generation was taking place during the day. After resetting the inverter it seemed to fix that problem and generation was happening. But now it is not responding to discharge requests from Octopus or even my own requests. The inverter is online on the network and connected to the cloud, but seems to be unresponsive to any requests.
Are there any things that I can do to try and get it working? GE and installer have been notified.
