New version available for those interested. Slightly cheaper night rate than V3. A good bit cheaper day rate. Remember 7 hours (much more than most EV tariffs ) of cheaper electricity and, most importantly, now locked in for another 12 months with no exit penalty.
Typical, only been on v3 for a week! Doesn’t seem to offer me v4 in my account, perhaps it is regional?
What are the V4 rates now?
And is it for all power, ie can charge solar batteries and house load is included?
Mine is 6.7p nighttime and just over 25p for the rest of the day.
I have an EV but I understand you can have this with batteries also. Worth checking....
V4 will only save me a quid or two a month. More important for me is I have that rate for the next year. V3 would have expired in April. Who knows where rates might be then?
Yeah my v3 is 6.9 and 29 but fixed for 12 months; hopefully won’t be using much at 29 so in reality shouldn’t be much different from v4.
No EV here, just charge the AIO at cheap rate overnight and run from that through the day
Coys68 When I asked I was told if you have battery storage you would qualify (this on V3)
With V4 elect standing charge is a couple of pence more and gas is also a tad more so probable not a lot in it for me
Now that EoN Next Drive is becoming more popular and competitive will GivEnergy be adding it the the smart tariff etc?
