I have a 9.5 and 5.2 battery. All fine have seen a 2.6 up for sale locally and wondering if I add it will still charge and discharge at 3.6kwh? I know the 2.6 wont add much capacity but if the price is right might be worth it?

I believe it will not affect the discharge or charge rate from your inverter, its only if you have a single 2.6 does it limit the rate you can achieve.
Couple of things to think about though:
with chained batteries, once one battery reaches 100% full or 4% empty, the whole chain stops charging or discharging. With differing battery sizes this might be more of an issue for you
you’ll need to ask a GivEnergy installer what they will charge to install and commission the extra battery. This may kill any financial benefits of the cheap battery
2.6 kWh won't be the usable capacity either. Probably about 2.08 kWh (guessing 20% reserved?)
I'm not sure an extra 2 kWh per day would be worth the install and commissioning costs.
Especially given it won't help with the inverter bottle neck in terms of kW power throughput. But up to you of course.
