Battery only charging at 5kW

No idea what is happening but my battery started to charge at 2030 as programmed for Go faster. Set to 100%. SOC 5% but it is only pulling 5kW.

EDIT: It gradually went from .5kW to 2.9kW over 10 minutes. Is that normal?

Any ideas?

My AC3.0 inverter normally goes from 0 to 2.9kW in 20-30 seconds - 10 minutes definitely seems slow.

Mine has been doing the same, I think it seems to do it if it is at a pretty low SOC. I've even noticed it drawing power when not on a timed charge and low on charge. I think it's been doing that because it has double checked its SOC and realised it is actually below the minimum 4% threshold, so tops back up to this to prevent wear on the cells.
I'm sure someone from Giv will soon chime in with more info.

Salibaba Ah - good point! Looking back, when I did a recalibrate I also see that it started at a very low charge rate of about 440-480W. Once it got to around 1% it ramped up the charge rate (over about 1 minute) to the normal 2.9kW (I think this is deliberate behaviour).
