I've just noticed that I have no data (on the app or the web) since Saturday morning, although everything seems to be working OK (AllinOne+Gateway). I'm not sure why and don't know the procedure for resolving this. Anyone have any suggestions?

Worth checking that Octopus is getting your meter readings (assuming you are with Octopus).

Try https://www.octopriceuk.app

You set this up using your Octopus details and there is loads of information.
You need the 'Data Checker' option under the 3 horizontal bars, top right, once you have your account details in.

SteveUK assuming you mean givenergy data... Your inverter connects to the cloud through your home network. Can you tell from your router whether it's connected? When you go to the portal, does it show the inverter as offline?

SteveUK DD Sorry, ignore my comment from earlier, which is about data from smart meter. I am have a bad brain day, in sympathy with my dreadful PV generation over last 2 days.

Rbor No problem. We have joined Octopus and smart meter due to be fitted 30 Oct.

SteveUK quickest is probably to restart either the inverter/gateway, or maybe the router, to re-establish the outgoings connection to the cloud. There are probably less drastic ways - ony system, I can connect to the web interface provided by the WiFi module and restart that.

I had the same issue for about a month, could see local on the app but not cloud. Could see it connected fine to network and I could ping the dongle. Eon and Giv got me to try all sorts with no resolve. In the end I shut down the inverter and batteries and restarted and it started working again.

I've now shut down and re-started the AIO and Gateway (forgot this switched of whole house - whoops) and data recording has re-started (but no data since it went off last Saturday)., Thanks for your help.

SteveUK Unfortunately the inverter's don't retain the 5-minute data feeds in the event of a connection problem to the GivEnergy cloud. Those readings are lost forever.

However you will see there is two sets of figures, 'today' and 'total', and the total figures will continue to be correct, i.e. will include the missing generation, import and export, so if you look at month to date reports for example they'll be correct
