Battery charge problem

Has anybody seen an issue with battery charging as seen in the attached screen capture ?
Looks like the charging is intermittent, something to do with BMS comms fail.

I don't have an answer per sae, but it the battery actually charging and it is just the coms from the BMS to the cloud that is not allowing charging data to be recorded - in other words the graph above is showing where the comms dropped? What was the actual SOC at the end of the charge period?

I suspect not - it is showing consumption and a a small amount of grid import during the gaps, suggesting that the inverter is able to report stats; so that the problem is comms between the bms and the inverter.
