How do find out what the fitted dongal serial number is.

mikelonerider It might be the name of the wifi network ssid it's advertising - run a wifi scanner.

I had to remove the dongle to see the number (it is on the back!)
My internet went down and the inverter had lost its settings. I worked through the instructions in the document and they worked.

If you go to GE cloud and select My Inverters, you should see Dongle s/n.
You can also see the version your on.
There was an update to the GE app today that now has the option to update dongles. (See second pic)
