AIO energy graph seems to be incorrect by a factor of 100.

I have had my AIO system for a few months now and although the live power values in watts show sensible figures, the total energy in kWh seem to be too big. They seem to be a factor of 100 too high. See the screen shots for an example. I'm on the latest firmware for the AIO. I've added it to GivEnergy feedback but haven't had a response. Has anyone else seen this and know of a fix?

Never seen that before. Yes the figures are wrong. Do you have a multiple AIO system?

My guess is that’s the cause of the problem, the graphs are notoriously wrong for multi-inverter setups and this could be another symptom of that, but you’d think they’d have tested the graph with multiple AIO’s.

DaveBUK I've added it to GivEnergy feedback but haven't had a response.

You won’t get any response to the GivEnergy feedback, or improvement suggestions, it’s been a black hole for years. I have put feedback in 18 months ago and never got a response, in fact I don’t know of anyone who ever got a response from GivEnergy via that route. Best bet is to either email or phone support.

Hi, just the one AIO without the gateway. My installer checked the settings for the clamps but as the flow readings are correct there must be an issue with how GE work out kWh.

I had similar with my set up when it was new, none of the figures added up, turned out the installers had left one of switches inside the gateway in the off position, couldn't tell you which one it was, everything still worked but something was off, as soon as they turned up, they opened the box and all the trip switches should be up but one was left down from the commissioning, it's worth a look?

I've seen a similar issue on one of the forums, it was to do with the gateway manual override test being left in the wrong position. I don't have a gateway so it can't be that.
I presume the AIO only receives Watts from the CT clamps and computes kWh from W over time. I'll see if the devices for ID1 and ID2 show similar figures. I don't know if they have a configuration themselves?
