Hi, I have watched all day as the system has been working well in the sun and now the sunlight is fading and power from solar panels has almost tailed off, the system is not using the battery power - only 10w is going to the house and the remaining 1.05kw is coming from the grid when my battery is at 100% charge.
Please can you tell me how to set this up as on my app, it says its set for normal use?

There's plenty of topics that advise on how to fix something like this. Use the search for the terms not discharging and hopefully you'll find some ideas.
In short has the battery finished it's initial calibration, if not it won't function as usual
See the bits about reset to default
Make sure it is in eco mode
Setup a timed charge if you have a cheap rate overnight
Don't setup timed discharge or timed export until you fully understand the issues that these settings might bring you and can work around those issues.
