Can anyone please help me with a possible explanation for this problem, that I discovered this morning during my daily data recording? The last recorded information was last night 01 Nov at 22.10 with the battery at 20%. The first record Today, 2 Nov, is at 07.00 with the battery at 100%.
Davegreen1 presumably the inverter lost it's cloud connection - could be a local WiFi or broadband issue.
The inverter doesn't store any data - if it can't upload it immediately, it is lost.
Many thanks DD. I did suspect that but, ten days ago I had a two day total broadband failure yet the data was still available when the connection was restored. That confused me, now I'm scratching my head again. My connection is 4G Mobile Home Broadband so maybe EE were doing something with the mast.
