FiferMG4 I guess it is possible that this is showing house load only (and not calculated load which I understand the option to show that has been removed). So this picture would not be showing the load of the inverter. For example, at the moment my (non GE) display shows an inverter load of 66 watts
Which App version? v3.4.3, v3.4.2?
There will always be some overhead for the operation of the equipment, for my All-In-One system there is anywhere from 80-150w difference between home load and battery discharge.

CW Thank you for that explanation. I didn’t realise that option to show calculated load had been removed. Now that the battery is empty it is showing around a 50 watts difference between grid import and house consumption, so I’m guessing this is just normal now with the updated app. My apps are set to automatic updates, so I was just surprised to see this change in display. 

Yes my inverter uses a fixed amount of about 30W plus an amount proportional to the load, which are its conversion losses. They are higher when working from the battery than when it is importing from the mains.
Hi all my differences on totals between house and battery/ grid/ solar are now around 50 difference , as you say, except when solar is contributing when the difference is higher around 120 to 150 which I guess is the higher losses when converting to battery voltage and back again to 240 volts?
You know the inverter is working hard when it records temps +30C. Has to come from somewhere
Calculation of battery drainage to home consumption indicate efficiencies of [83-93/.Same when charging on off peak

FiferMG4 I see my app version has now been updated to version 3.4.4.5604 and there is no longer a discrepancy between grid import and house consumption, so it’s back to how it’s been.
