Whilst perusing entities to look at for PredAI, I stumbled upon the following sensor in GivTCP v3.0.4

and am now curious as to its purpose
It looks like it increments by 0.1 or 0.2 per day and the times at which it increments do not line up with the times of my exports. Just curious
Weasel I’m guessing it’s similar to the existing battery cycles that measures how many cycles the battery has been through - i.e. full discharge through to full charge.
In GivTCP v3 there is the new concept of ‘battery stack’ as well as individual battery details. Not sure how they differ because my time with GivTCP v3 was limited and I went back to v2 until a few more bugs were fixed (not least none of the battery sensors worked for me). Will give it another go at some point
geoffreycoan i guessed it might be something along those lines, but am confused by the decimal increments. Surely a battery stack has either discharged or not, and a tenth of a cycle does not immediately make sense except as a general indication of battery wear.
I am not going to lose sleep over it though 🙂
It's potentially a decimal place out?
I am running GivTCPv3 v3.0.4 for about 2 weeks, and it's been much more stable than V3.0.3 or the earlier v3's.
I also have Battery Stack 1, but only 2 entities, temp and voltage:

hoggy Yeah, could be. However, it only increased by 0.2 yesterday and I get my battery down to 4% or so three times per day. This is because I had 3 Cosy periods daily (Cosy Octopus Tariff)
