In the last few days, I have twice observed, on the Portal, that the battery capacity showing as 0%.
Checking the installation, I discovered that the battery had turned itself off. Pressing the On/Off switch brought it back to life.
I have reported it, and am awaiting a response, but wondered if anyone else has had this issue.

IamFof Does your Inverter Notifications Tab hold any clues? Was it the on/off button on the battery case itself that you operated, or the DC isolator between the battery and the inverter? There have been reports of some of these isolators being faulty and needing to be replaced (mine included).

It was the on/off button located on the battery pack that I operated.
Checking My Inverter, all the tabs look consistant, with only the Battery tab showing that it turned off, and Meter Data tab showing imported power commenced rising at exactly the same time.
The Bug report is now in the hands of the Tech Team, so hopefully they will be able to identify the issue.
My battery is also switching off, when I switch it on with the switch on the battery, it makes a vibrating noise and switches off. Anyone come across this before?
Flamer I think a call to Givenergy Tech Support is in order; sounds like there's something amiss within the battery case to me.
Flamer vibrating, as in a series of rapid clicks or something else? Either way sounds like a support call needed

Thanks, seems the inverter was damaged. Contacted GE and a swap rectified it.
IamFof I had this for the first time after 6 months of normal operation about a week ago, turning it on with the switch on the battery sorted it. It happened just as it was at the end of a charge, I let GE know in an email about something else.
I've had this twice in the last 2 days - we have 2 x GivBat 2.6 (both on 3015 fw) and the top one (ie the primary) of the pair of batteries has switched itself off, the other battery sitting there with green status and all green capacity indicators but not visible to the system / portal.
Pressing the on/off button on the top battery has a beep and then powers on with green status and all green charge indicators - and the portal shows both batteries at 95/100% full capacity.
The primary battery seems to switch itself off when it reaches/nears full charge - it's worked fine in the previous couple of months since it's install.
Nothing in the notifications or logs - just that the battery info stops being available between the time periods.
I logged it via email with GivEnergy yesterday but not heard anything back yet...
GivEnergy have told me "It appears that there is a deviation in the battery cells causing this issue." and are doing a low-rate battery calibration on both batteries...
Anybody had any experience with this issue? and any views on long term implications to batteries etc?
