GE have advised me today that the AIO FW version 613 is available which fixes the issue with it not adhering to the G100 setting and also with the EPS taking 20 seconds to "kick in" when the Battery mode is paused discharge regardless of the EPS time setting being at 0 seconds.
Has anyone taken GivAndTakeEnergy FW 613 already and seen any fresh "features" introduced?

Update for AIO was available today but not the GW in the Cloud, did them 1st time successfully.
Had to phone GE to update the GW, they will also update the dongles to 206

Support has updated my AIO remotely to D0.613-A0.613 firmware, because I requested that they disable export ability, and battery was not adhering to that on previous firmware. I observed this when schedule was active but idling (battery was on higher charge percentage than requested on schedule). During that state, entire solar production went away to export instead to battery. On newest firmware they said is it fixed and battery should prevent any export. I am yet to verify that.
I took a peek at my AIO software revision on the GE dashboards and there was a button to upgraded to 613.
I decided to go for it and apart from taking quite a while, the process was pain free. I appear to have lost a couple of GivTCP sensors (inverter temperature and battery stack temperature), so will have a hunt around for them
I am expecting that predbat will start charging the battery at 13:00 and am keen to see if I still get my 5.5kW charge even with battery temperature at
Weasel A quick restart of the GivTCP addon (v3.0.4) and my missing sensors have reappeared. I guess that GivTCP did not like something that happened during the firmware update process - which is fair enough

I wrote python scripts to query GW cloud API for all kind of things, but these stats are fetched from their side, not locally from my battery, so not instant, like GivTCP, to my understanding.

GivTCP is an addon component to HomeAssistant and it allows HomeAssistant to query and control the battery & inverter etc.
Did you ask them to update the GW to v11 and all the dongles to 206?
I also updated the WiFi chipset.

Does the battery go through a full calibration (export to empty and then import) on this upgrade?? TIA

Just to be absolutely clear, GivTCP is an interface between a GE inverter’s Modbus and an MQTT broker. Many people use it in the form of a Home Assistant add-on (effectively a bespoke Docker implementation), but it can be run standalone and even contains its own broker if you don’t have one.

Sorry - I posted the wrong link. That one is the "official" GE implementation but most people use a more modern and reliable version
Daveb01 Hi Dave - I did not ask for any other updates - I just looked on my GE dashboard web page and the option to upgraded to 613 was there, so I simply clicked on the button.
There was no separated downloading from another GE website etc

bRhFDKtjRMK9 if you don't want to go full Home Assistant, there's also a standalone python modbus library that can interface directly to the inverter. (It's quite close to the givtcp code - I had hoped we'd get things to the point where givtcp used it as an external library, but we haven't got there yet.)

I can confirm that newest firmware changed nothing. When battery is on charging schedule, and requested battery level is higher than current level stored in the battery, the battery will idle completely, to the degree that entire solar generation will get exported and battery will not accept any of it. Pretty dump if you ask me. I asked GE on e-mail for clarification.
