New AIO install and getting to grips with the app and settings. Apologies if my question has been covered before but here goes. When I open the timed charge menu I see 10 slots each with an 'enable' button. If I try to enable or disable a single slot all other slots are also activated which seems odd. Is there a setup option that I am missing?
Thanks
Mole.
Timed charge slots
mole there's a single flag which controls timed charge. But it's arguably redundant - individual slots are inactive if start time and end time are the same. Typically midnight to midnight.

DD With my GE-AC3.0 inverter I do get 1 minute of charging at midnight with this. Not really a problem but is worth noting.

Sigh. Hmm... yeah, I was slightly concerned about that. Previously, the times were start-inclusive / end-exclusive. So if you charged from 0200 to 0500 it would start charging at 02:00:00 and stop at 04:59:59. But recently, I've suspected that it's actually charging until 05:00:59.
Being end-exclusive is required in order for 0000 / 0000 to be a null event. Otherwise, exactly as you say, it will charge from 00:00:00 to 00:00:59
I do recall that timed-export always seemed to be end-inclusive, so I would get it to end one minute early if it mattered (such as during the savings sessions).
I would like to add a second charging time slot for when Octopus have their free electricity sessions between 1pm and 2pm, that I could just enable when informed of the session and disable again afterwards. This would be in addition to my always enabled nightly charge between 2am and 5am. I can't do this because the enabled buttons are all coupled. Hopefully they will decouple the slots in the near future so that this becomes possible.
Julian what system and firmware do you have? There's a weird feature you could exploit on hybrid gen-3 / 309
I'm simply referring to the new slots that have been added to the Givenergy app. For me I would like the slots to work independently of each other, rather have them as "all or nothing" as they are with enabled buttons coupled together. As they are coupled there isn't even a point in displaying more than one enabled button anyway, unless the coupling is a bug or a feature than hasn't been released yet.
