How are you contacting them? Phone? Email? I was usually able to get through on the phone and have found them helpful. I know there have been threads about problems getting hold of them recently though.

Trumper I emailed them a week ago and haven’t even had an acknowledgment. Previously they have been quite good.

I’m getting concerned too…my 6 month old battery is holding hardly any charge and I’m unable to reach them at all, been trying for 2 weeks!

Usually when I e-mail them they respond within 1-2 days. How many times have you tried to contact them by e-mail?
If my battery died frankly I'd send an e-mail every day or until my installer would give me their phone number (I don't have their number at the moment).

I've heard nothing from my last two emails. The phone line, which the website said would be open, was closed.

MrChaz No it is now 11 days

To be fair, the recent reviews on Glassdoor from employees don't paint a very good picture of the current state of the support dept (assuming they are somewhat reflective of reality)

hoggy Nor do many of the other reviews. I noticed they're advertising for a new managing director, amongst other positions.....

Vestas yeah the last one went in November /last week, judging by companies House.
The support teams "Hunger Games" approach doesn't sound like it is conducive to people staying around in there.

Glad I didn't buy a 2nd 9.5 battery if I am going to be left high and dry!!

This item is closed and thanks for the eventual help.

With one small change to the first screen on the app to display I could have resolved it myself but at 78 I get confused with the symbols and where to find things. I am only interested in 2 things
1 What Start and finish times my batteries are set to charge at
2 What input and output are my batteries set at

The display of this would be so easy but in my opinion help all users young and old.

In my case the battery input and output had some how been set to zero but I never thought to check it as I had no recollection of a change. So a simple display would have solved the issue , saved stress
And this discussion would have not happened.
