I am on Octopus Intelliflux Import and Export tariff, but the GivEnergy Dashboard doesn't show any costings.
I haven't seen any other reports of this on the forum, but it may explain why the system isn't importing and exporting at the right times to optimise costs.
Mine shows nothing when in mini mode at the side (i think that is why I removed it).
When I expand it, still nothing shows.
It is only when I pick a past date does anything show.
I guess it must be to do with when Octo "publish" data and when GivEnergy "use it".
I think this is why I went HA/Predbat route. My data on my servers in my time
A couple of things you may want to check. If you go to Account Details in the cloud (far left)
Check you have filled in the meter settings and submitted MPAN
Click the Security setting tab (blue top right)
Check you have filled in your Octopus api settings and that it’s not expired?

I removed Octopus and added it again from scratch and now see the usage and costs realtime in my dashboard.
As I have never seen that information before, it must never have been set up correctly.
Looking forward to controlling my usage better now that GivEnergy is talking to Octopus.
