I have been running Battery firmware 3015 without any problems for many months. Following the clocks going back to GMT I decided to update the firmware through the portal. it failed and instead rendered the batteries unusable.
Number one battery when switched on makes a rapid clicking sound (like a relay trying t connect) for about 3 seconds then switches of the battery.
Number two battery remains on.
If the DC disconnector/isolator is switched off, then both batteries will stay on indefinitely.
My conclusion is that the software has corrupted the battery firmware. would it be possible to update or rollback the firmware by programming and installing a usb directly into the battery without them being connected to thee inverter?
