My 9.5 AIO battery stuck on 100%
Are you sure its an AIO, they are 13.5 batteries.
Also rather than mobile device can you check the portal and refresh the first few charge slots just incase they are showing incorrect figures.

Also you said it used a different setting, how do you mean?
The batteries are 13.5. I updated the firmware and zeroed all the charge times and dropped the charges to zero.

Seems to be working. is there a user guide? or is it hit and miss? Thanks
Its not really hit and miss but I don't think you have an AIO if you have a 9,5 battery, I tend not to use the app as ive found personally it can get a bit screwy.
I use the portal, got inverter bookmarked I don't use anything other than inverter page since the idiots got rid of legacy dashboard.
I also found my battery stuck on 100% and offline/idle when it should have been supplying the house. This followed a WiFi Dongle Firmware update to 206. I wasn’t getting anywhere with looking at settings in Remote Control and GE had not replied to my email, so I searched the Forum and found Jellybaby’s post about refreshing the charge slots. It worked, showing that the Charge End time was stored as 1530 when it was being shown as 0500. Currently I am routinely charging the battery from 0200 to 0500, to fit in with the Octopus Flux tariff. So what made the change? Strangely coincidental that it should happen after the firmware was update. This is the second time that I’ve had battery problems after a firmware update. It seems to me that if the system isn’t broken, it might be better not to update it. Thank you Jellybaby.
I always go through and reread each individual setting after an update, just incase and even after setting a time just because im paranoid lol but that isn't really my fault I have had nothing but bad luck with this AIO.

I have only had one firmware update and that required GE to reset some registers to do with the meter polarity to get it working again. These are registers I have no access to so I don't think I will ever update again as our system works fine.
nophead Solid plan, I miss BMS8.
Similar problem. Battery level says 100% but it is exporting at peak time. Battery page in the GE app says each battery is around 50%.

KingCharles restart the battery, or upgrade its BMS Software.
There was a few posts over the previous months about this
