Afternoon, to be honest, ive not been logged in for a while and ive not been checking things but i recently logged back to the app and everything is offline, so i've logged into the web portal and its also showing as offline. Does anyone have a clue how to make it come back online? Its probably a stupid question but here we are! thanks in advance.

its never been on wifi, i always(on the mobile app) just click on the away section and it normally gives me all the data. Which has been fine, obviously when i log into the web portal it just displays all the data but it says inverter offline, im just trying to see how to reboot it perhaps or is there something i can press to get it to attempt connection again.

Not familiar with shutdown procedure on that but steps to power down are listed here but this should have been provided by your installer.

Jellybaby Thanks for this! My AC3.0 was installed in July2021 and this is the first time I have seen this manual. Luckily, it has been behaving itself since then so I have had no real cause to need the manual.
