Inverter. New noifications are not listed.

I'm only seeing old notifications. I logged into the portal this evening, the inverter icon had (2) next to it but onlt three old new notifiations are listed.

Anyone know way this could be please?

What notifications are you expecting? Perhaps nothing has gone wrong since. I have only three for a system installed 14 months and two of those were caused by a firmware update so the only genuine one was a single BMS Under Voltage in 14 months.

Hi, thanks for the reply. In the past, whenever there was a number next to the Inverter icon I'd see new notifications listed, that change a few months ago. Unless the number means something else. Next time I see it I'll post a screen cap.

Ive had notification number pop up when there were none, think it may just be a bug when they are doing something with the portal.

RE320 It'll be the overvoltage notifications which GE hid from users some months ago.
