If you haven't got the user name+password and want to reconfigure the dongle, then go to the GivEnergy web site. under resources->knowledge base->installation guides, you'll find the WiFi dongle connection guide. That will show you how to reset the dongle back to defaults and to connect to and configure it after you've done that.
