My givenergy is offline how do I get it back online?

Sylvia It requires two bits to be working: it needs to use your local wifi to connect to your router, and then your broadband connection to get out to the internet. So the first step is to determine whether one of those has failed.

Has anything changed recently ?

You need to tell this group a bit more.
What kit do you have. Inverter, battery etc
How are you connecting to "your givenergy"? Phone app or web portal page
Can you "see" your inverter if you login to your router and check on connected devices.
Are there any lights showing on the inverter and/or battery
Is the inverter "on" and getting mains power , has the consumer unit breaker tripped (unlikely to be getting much PV power today)
