AIO and Gateway

Hi all,
I would much appreciate if anyone can give me an insight into the following.
I would ask these questions of the help desk but due to storm Darragh they are temporarily suspending customer calls.
Like many the weekend saw power outages, I thought that the switchover time was near instant but we experienced several seconds, about 5, of total darkness. Is this normal?
Gateway FW is A0010. Should it be at A0011 and if so how do I update?
System went offline and in trying to recover, grid breaker in Gateway was thrown and restored. House in total darkness until AIO battery rebooted, after about 3 minutes. Is this normal?
Before storm I did an AIO FW update to 613, is this significant?
System recovered over night and has been working ok since.
Looking today at the logs online I see that a Givenergy user has been adjusting settings, again is this normal?
And lastly, should there be an IP address for the Gateway shown, I can see it on router but not in the app when trying to find invertors, or is this not a working feature? and should there be data in the meters etc, or again is this not a feature.
Thank you for reading this, I will try CS once they are back up and running, but any knowledge out there would be appreciated.

Switchover time from grid to backup battery power, is in miliseconds range. You should see light bulbs blink and continue to work.

No, unless you asked them for something or something is wrong.

I suggest assigning static IP in the router to both devices. Then, you can go to settings in the app and ask it to always look for this particular IP when discovering local systems.

Today there's GivBack export session. Settings adjustments you've seen can be related to that, if you signed up for it.

I have heard that some settings can be "lost" during the update, worth asking your installer if all the EPS settings look correct for zero second switchover. There was a bug in 611 where the switchover wasnt immediate if the battery was in pause discharge. Might this have been the case for you and the bug isnt fixed?

Thank you for the replies. I have not talked to CS todate, install was a month ago, so adjustments were a surprise, ( changes were N-PE toggle relay?, enable micro grid?,enable AC charge upper limit? and a few more, some were set to true others to false. I have set the IPS to static as when the outages were going on, even though I tried to manually set them, they were not being accepted. I need to understand this more. I did receive a notification regarding the Installer app and dongle update which I have tried but I get a failure error. I will leave this to when I can speak to the help desk.
