Battery not taking over

For some reason after a timed charge between 1-4pm my battery will not kick in to power my house. It works perfectly after a timed charge between 4-7am so I can’t understand why this happens as there are no conflicts in any of my schedules. The only way I can get it to start powering my house again as it should is to restart my inverter. Any ideas?

Whatever is scheduling the charge later in the day isn't turning off Eco mode is it? Is it just being scheduled through the app/ in the same way as the morning charge?

pwdst you are correct, nothing is different. I only ever use the app to schedule charges and eco mode is always on

What kit have you got.
What tariff are you on? Is it and intelligent one that is doing some "remote" control

Kong it's odd that restarting the inverter fixes it - if it had been a configuration error like eco being off, that ought to persist across the restart.

You say there are no conflicts with any of your schedules- what other schedules do you have set?

Is anything different if you do, say, 2-3pm?

SteveCook no smart tariff taking control

DD no other scheduling is set, this is why I find it strange that the battery is not discharging to the property after the scheduled charge
