Morning, anyone else have no access to their setup this morning? App is just showing the 'additional items' i.e. smart tariff, plug and carbon icons and if I try to log in via the web portal it says there's no system registered to my account!?!

The hardware appears to be working, batteries are fully charged from overnight and I can see they're supplying the house via the myenergi app (we have a zappi charger).

I've done the obvious and signed out and back in again, nothing.

Arron Working fine here on app, including local, and portal.

Have you tried resetting the inverter?

I had my Gen2 5Kw, 2 x 9.5 system showing as offline from 17:25 yesterday until I reset it at 19:10, however it was still supplying the house. It went off again around 22:25 and is still off line on the android app and portal. A reset this time did not bring it back on.
Tried contacting GE technical and they are closed until the 3rd January 2025. (so much for providing support when you need it)
Just noticed that the Android App updated yesterday to v3.4.8.5631 which may be a coincidence and in local monitoring that the IP address seems to be the network hub IP and not the inverter IP address, trouble is I cant remember the inverter LAN IP address.

Login to your router and look at attached devices and you should see something like HF-21.
Suggest you assign a fixed IP address to it and rename it so it is easy to find in future

Ortwin In the app, do this:
Top right 3 horizontal bars
Settings
Local monitoring
Scan for your inverter. Your inverter IP should then appear to replace the router.

I have tried that but it does not find the inverter. If I press the bin next to the existing IP address and then press the + symbol to the right of the IP address it just brings back the IP address that I think is the router IP.

Rbor All back on now, thanks. Fixed itself somehow. I couldn't see the inverter on the web portal to reset it, the portal said I didn't have one. I did try to contact customer support but no answer as yet.

Looking at the inverter log, I had in quick succession this morning a coms failure, a BMS failure and then low, high and low voltage errors, which then 'cleared' about an hour ago...

Well I finally managed to get the system up and running by changing the router IP address temporally and then once the Inverter connected set a static IP. I had previously had an issue where routing the inverter via a switched hub, the connection would fail randomly for a number of hours. Now the inverter is directly connected to the primary node. Reviewing the inverter logs found no data or errors for the time the system would not communicate.
