Hi, a few days ago, my GivEnergy phone app appeared not to work anymore. I've now managed to login but the user interface is completely different - a series of headline cards, unclear how I can edit battery charge times. Have they changed the app or have I logged into something different? Thanks
Mine looks normal. I did have to sign out and sign in. I'm not using SSO (see the threads elsewhere about that).

Char The app did change a while ago to make the options more like the portal.
On mine, I can access eco, battery charges, etc via top right cogwheel.

Android app not working -> logged out -> uninstalled app -> installed app from Google Playstore -> logged in (not-SSO) -> screen looked like Portal -> logged out & back in a couple of times -> app interface looks as before (just had to change background to 'dark'
Agree that communication quality with users is pretty poor - smacks of techies speaking tech-speak to fellow techies.
