Hello, just wondering if anyone could help us with this, we had a house renovation and my electrician accidently cut off one of live socket cable which caused a blip , since then there AIO is unable to do grid import or export - the phone and webapp just showing a cross there -
is there any button we can reset or get help from please? many thanks!
I can see that my gateway is offline / lost from the webapp ....
I would check all your breakers in the Gateway in the first instance
they are all on though - LOAD , GRID etc - the PV meter is on , but not the grid meter ... hmmm
I'm not sure what that meter does exactly, but possibly running of a CT clamp perhaps. I wonder if the CT clamp has come loose - others here may be able to offer more advice. The fact that the grid is showing off-line coupled with the meter in the GW being off makes me wonder if the system can not "see" the grid which I guess could be a CT clamp problem - hopefully others will chime in (possibly contact your installer as well)

CW much the same as already suggested. The one time that a breaker on my system tripped, I think the claimed there was a power cut (since it saw nothing on its grid connection).
I don't know about AIO but the line through the grid icon does suggest it's lost voltage, rather than merely sensing zero current through the CT clamp. Maybe. Though the fact that the meter is off (and therefore the gateway can't communicate with it) might be the problem. (On my hybrid system, the meter has a modbus interface, and the inverter asks it to interpret the raw signal from the CT clamp. Gateway may work the same way.)
Have you checked any breakers external to the unit (ie in a consumer unit between the gateway and the meter).

So you had grid down by a physical switch, rebooted the AIO, and it didn't wake at all, despite battery not being empty?
Restoring grid supply was needed to restore AIO and the power?
