My inverter is showing offline
I connected and updated my dongle prior
Using the password: 12345678
Since the update now for some reason it’s saying password is incorrect when I try to connect and inverter staying offline
It’s a internal WiFi dongle so can’t find any reset switch
Can anyone help
I think the default password is the serial number which is on the silver label on the side of the inverter. Worth given that a try.

anthonypar hi unfortunately it doesn’t help as mines not a dongle it’s internal so no reset button to press 🙁
anthonypar I’ve tried this also 🙁 it’s weird as it was 12345678 then all of a sudden it wasn’t , I’ll try the serial number again
B47t0n If you have an AIO, the dongle is located under the top panel on the RHS. You will need to undo 4 screws to remove the panel which may be stuck to the seals and will require gently prising off. There are two mini pushbuttons on the PCB. The top one should be labelled Reset
