I couldn't get it to work for me either yesterday - I very rarely use it but wanted to check how the batteries were doing whilst I sorted the dishwasher.

AlanFogarty Re Alexa skill - I just tested it. It couldn't link initially, but after disabling the skill (which unlinks Alexa from your GE account) and then reenabling (which asks you to link back to your GE account) it is now working (as well as it ever did!). So the skill appears to have been updated, and users just need to relink their GE account 🙂.
And sorry, I don't know either a Steve Cook or an Alan Fogarty...
