Battery

Hi,
I am signed up to the feed back but I don’t seem to getting any charge to the batteries can someone have a look at my system and do some system checks please.
Change any settings etc maybe perform battery conditioning.

Douggy Probably best if you contact Axle directly as they manage the battery charging.

I am not a user of Axle but I think they do the charging an hour or two before the discharge session, so it could well be too early

I'm guessing any preparatory charging will happen closer to the event ?

Douggy If you have problems with your system then your installer is usually the first contact for support - especially if it is a new install.
You'll see from some of the other forum posts that contacting Givenergy directly is a bit hit and miss for customers at the moment.
