GivEnergy Engineer - Derby

We have a customer in Derby with some issues with his system. We are based in West Yorkshire and are looking for someone local to go to site to rectify the issues. Please get in touch by email: info@p4solar.co.uk or call me (Justin Hewitt) on 07976459398. Thanks in advance, P4 Solar.

This is primarily a user to user forum.

No guarantees anyone from Giv will see your message here.

Have you tried calling or emailing them?

TX200 Yes, I emailed 2 days ago, no response...

P4Solar Messages here suggest that the call centre is taking a while to respond to messages, you could be waiting a week for a response.

And for a local engineer visit there would be another wait. You’d probably get a quicker response to go yourself

geoffreycoan Thanks for the response, we appreciate this, however with our workload it would be the back end of January before we could go to site...

P4Solar you do realise that in effect you walked into a pub where locals hold meetings about GivEnergy rather than contact GE directly?

M_J Yes, I was hoping for a GivEnergy installer who is located near Derby, but we're sorted now, but thanks and cheers

M_J Mines a pint

DreadorUK I'm doing dry January, so I'll have a lemonade 😭

M_J I loved the pub analogy
