Having finally calibrated our new system I notice we have 10 slots to set up charging. I was given to understand that my 3 batteries would work as one and so set up slot one to charge to 80 % on my present off peak (00.30 -07.30). The system only seemed to charge to 4kW / 80%, which would only be one battery. Am I supposed to set up a charge slot for each battery?

Mudd assuming all batteries are on a single inverter then you were told correct, they act as one giant battery, there is no concept of per-battery charging
you are still limited to your inverter throughput rate (typically 3.6kWh for a hybrid inverter, 3kWh for the AC and 2.6kWh for the older gen 1 hybrid). Adding more batteries doesn’t increase the charge rate
Be aware that once one battery reaches the target charge position (usually the first in the chain) then all of the batteries stop charging

Mudd there is nothing special, you program a charge in your inverter the same as normal, specify the start and end time, and the inverter will charge all batteries in the chain at the same time
as I said before, adding more batteries doesn’t increase the battery charging rate that the inverter can deliver, so if it took 2 hours to charge 1 battery fully beforehand, it’ll take 6 hours now to charge all 3 chained batteries.
If you get a calibration run, would it empty all batteries or just wait until one was empty?
If the former that should do it, if not look at what each battery is charged to, disconnect the others and discharge them all down to 5%… then plug them all together and charge them up?
With my two 9.5's a calibration will discharge both batteries to the minimum and then charge but not necessarily get both to 100% SOC.
