I’ve had my solar system fitted since July.
5KW hybrid inverter and 5.1 kW GEN three battery.
I’ve set the battery to charge during the cheap rate 0am to 7am.
I had it set to charge at 0am to 2.30 am then dischargers 2.30am to 4.30am and the charge again from 4.30am to 7am to make the most of the feed out tarif.
I’ve got it set to charge at 3kw and discharge at 2.7KW.
I’ve noticed that just lately the charging is only charging at 1.5 kw even though it’s set to 3kw.
It’s was charging at 3kw untill December then the charging between 0am and 2.30 dropped to 1.5KW but still charge at 3kw from 4.30am to 7am but it’s now only charging at the 1.5 kw even though the settings have not changed?
Is Eon or GivEnergy restricting my charging ?
Is there anything I can do to get it to charge at 3kw
