Battery not charging

I noticed just as the cold weather hit my battery was not charging, fine thought this was the poor weather and not enough supply. However the last 5 to 6 days we've had plenty of clear blue sky and generating a signifcant amount, however nothing is going to the battery. Tried pressing the on / off on side of battery, turns on clicks quickly and turns off. Everything else is fine.
I have emailed, messaged GivEnergy and get no response, there is no confirmation of your query to them and you cant ring them, what is going on.
Anyone else have samme issues?

NHem If the battery clicks repeatedly and then turns off then it sounds like the Battery board in the inverter has failed and will need to be replaced under warranty.

There are other people reporting delays with givenergy support, they are very busy it seems, you’ll unfortunately have to wait.
If its a newish install you could try your installer

Its been in 2 yrs, so not new and installer refers you back to GivEnergy.

GivEnergy need to reinstate the call centre feature as they are ignoring emails and on line forms, this is not a professional way to manage a business. I appreciate people are busy, but you dont get an acknowledgemt number.
