I have had messages asking to add tariff to smart card but cannot find away to do it

It's on the dashboard, you can expand it a edit it.

Mal-Givenergy I'm an Octopus customer, & when I expand the card & click on any of the buttons, at the next stage the "Submit details" button is greyed out. This has been the case ever since my system was set up at the end of May - is this a local setting issue or is there still a wider problem with the card?

If there is already a tariff on there, you need to 1st remove it, to add a new one

TheDragon (GivEnergy) Thanks for the reply; there wasn't a tariff already, but support have either fixed it, or I did so unintentionally somehow.
