AIO Gateway crash and reboot

Any one have any idea why the gateway crashes and reboots. I keep getting house blackouts for about 2 mins weekly. I thought it was power cuts and not going over to batteries but actually was by the gateway and saw it restart with no grid loss. Is there any log anywhere of Gateway reboots?

Are you using tons of power when it does this?
The gateway disconnects (briefly) if you exceed 18.5kW and then reconnects.

Plugs Is there anything in the GE portal logs?
