Inverter Wi-Fi Keeps Dropping Out - Anyone Else Facing This Issue?

Hi everyone,
I'm having a recurring issue with my inverter's Wi-Fi connection. It keeps dropping out intermittently, which is quite frustrating. I’m trying to change the Wi-Fi network as I have a new router 😕 I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem? If so, have you found any effective solutions to fix it?
I've tried rebooting the inverter, but the problem persists. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

In brief, you can change the SSID and password on the new router to that of the original, and there's this guide from Givenergy,

Tenkaykev In addition when you are trying to connect your inverter to your new router make sure the 5GHz network on your router is turned off, it only connects on 2.4GHz, once connected you can turn the 5GHz on. again

Before you start trying to fix it, it may be helpful to quantify the problem.

If you download it and run it for a few hours (press the eye to keep the screen on) you can see the number of errors against the number of connections. This should be less than 10%, the lower the better!
