I wsa going to contact GIVenergy but I doubt I will get a response
I bought a second hand battery, I knew I could have issues and when installing the battery had two cells which was showing up low or something like that
Installer said to run for a few days and maybe it might right itself but it might just die. Anywya its dead, not a kick out of it.
Just wondering if anything can be done? or will I just sell on for parts?

If you then select the battery it will list out each cells status. Depending on how bad they are will then see what's next.
Beware that the balancers in these batteries are very slow so it may take a long time to rebalance - although them being so far out as stands does not sound encouraging...
Disclaimer: LFP battery cells can explode with potentially fatal consequences. Only dismantle a battery if you have the equipment, tools, knowledge and experience to do so safely.
If the cells are really dead, the obvious solution is to buy another battery and replace the dead cells.
How did the vendor describe the battery? If it was described as perfect working order you may have a claim against the vendor. If it was described as brand new in box, then the vendor would have no knowledge if it works or not.
I did see a YouTube video about a company in Essex (Essex, IIRC, I may be lying!) who were replacing cells in EV batteries instead of the whole battery. They had a lot of experience with EV batteries and they basically were removing the whole battery, replacing dead cells and reviving the battery to almost new, restoring degraded capacity.
I can’t remember their name but if you search on YT you should be able to find them.
I don’t know if they would do this for a home battery or not but it might be worth contacting them anyway to see if they could or know anyone that does.

Rubikcube No the battery was sold with seller warning it could have issues because it was installed, then pulled out of a house, then left in warehouse for a year or two.
I got 3 and two are perfect, one is dodgy
Zero EV, a company based in Bristol, used to refurbish EV batteries and other battery products. I bought used refurbished Tesla battery packs from them for a home project, years before I got GivEnergy AIO.
