Not sure if this is a data issue as output appears ok. but both the app and website say my inverter is offline and appears to drop out every 15 minutes then sends data again. Anyone else seeing this?

THALL just about to write my own post about this. I’m having the same issue, inverter showing as offline. If tried a restart through the inverter card and this seemed to bring it back on line but only momentary. Also tried a more hard restart of the inverter and battery, that hasn’t worked either.

I can still lock onto the home side of the app so I can see the house load. Unfortunately in my situation, the battery isn’t discharging to match the house load and I’m pulling from the grid.

I’ve sent an e mail to GE support.

The good news for me, the inverter is no longer offline. The bad news for me, it’s now in idle mode and I’m still pulling from the grid to cover the house load. 😢

I did not try restarting it, my home showed no load so assumed it was a data issue. I did email support about it too. This morning though it all appears to be ok.

I too noticed my system was stated as "offline", but I still had PV generation supplying the house as there was no demand from the grid on my IHD. I see this morning on my reports that there are blank periods reflecting the offline periods. I also notice form the "What's New": "Next week we're making some major changes to a lot of our infrastructure and completely removing our legacy APIs. Because of this, there may be a small period of downtime, but we expect the impact to be minimal. If there are any unexpected side effects or downtime, we'll keep our status page updated. Once everything has been finished, almost load times will be lower for almost every page visit on the portal. In our testing, we've found that most requests will be at least 100ms faster than previously." Which probably explains it...

Yesterday the app on my Amazon Fire 7 kept saying my inverter was offline since 6.15pm (or around that time) but everything looked to be functioning ok. I just thought it was the app being flakey as I'm doubting its robustness when used as an IHD.

by default the app tries to connect to the cloud for data. Last evening when the problem occurred I selected local and thankfully it connected over the local network and showed all was working ok.

locked for me, it wasn’t an app issue. The issue was on the portal. Anyway, after a night of pulling from the grid, I managed to get the battery discharging again by setting a forced discharge for a short period of time and then back to my normal settings. At this point the battery was covering the house load again.

Ah mine is doing it again. It was fine all morning.

I was going to say mine isn't doing it - but looking at yesterdays report, it does seem that mine is missing data now and then too. Specifically 8:30am and 1am - potentially at 4pm and 4:30pm but I only have battery data missing not solar or usage.
Hum. Just looked at the raw data on the inverter tab and there is data all day including around the "missing" periods.
