App timed battery charge defaults to off

I keep setting the preferred times battery charge on the gov energy app (and click save) but when I return it has defaulted to switch off again. Same applies to all timed prompts for this part of the app (e.g timed export).

Has anyone had similar issues or any solutions?

Are you signed up to the Axle energy Givback scheme?

Benjaminjohn85 If you look on the activity log on the web portal (bottom of the remote control page) does it show your changes being undone ?
