I have been unable to log into the GE app on my phone (Android, Pixel 6a, Edge browser). After entering the OTP code, the "loading" symbol just spins forever.
There is a hidden message on the login screen stating that the SSO token was not received.
The workaround is to switch default browser to Chrome. This allows the login process to work.

There’s nothing wrong with the existing username and password, they still work absolutely fine for end customers. I think installers are being forced to use SSO but for end users there is no compulsion to move to SSO so I haven’t
Oh thanks for that, I didn't see anything stating that us end users didn't have to switch to this SSO thing??

I’m sure it was more explicit about customers wouldn’t have to migrate, all the stuff about 5 bypass attempts is aimed at installers
